As a coach, you have consistently pushed me to do things I never thought I would be capable. I am now training for a marathon that I said I would never do because I knew you would train me and prepare me for it and during this training so far, I am running faster for longer distances than I thought I could. You listen to my complaining - there's a lot - and through it all, you manage to convince me that everything will be fine. You got me through training for a half marathon and I am excited to continue to train for this marathon!!

You helped me train for my first ever half marathon and are the reason I was able to hit my goal of sub 2 hours (1:55)! Before starting coaching I hadn’t gone for an outdoor run in over 3 years and had never completed anything more than a turkey trout 5k race. As someone who had no idea how to train for a half, you helped me every step of the way from creating a custom training program, reassuring my doubts, proper race fueling/hydration and race day strategy. The frequent check ins held me accountable, kept me motivated, and made training a lot of fun! It’s just a matter of time until I ask you to help me train for my next race :)
